Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal, to the address above. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damaged or Misprinted Posters

Independent of your right of withdrawal: if your poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us at hello@nostalgia-prints.com with photos — we will send a free replacement print. No return shipment is needed in this case. See our Terms & Conditions, Section 7, for details.
